Quilt Distribution #3 - For Romania Parcels 3A & 3B

It has been awhile since I posted a distribution for quilts and this time it is two parcels for Romania with a total of 19 quilts in the parcels. These parcels will be sent to the Fundatia Romanian Relief in Romania.
