Re-allocation of dresses for distribution to the Philippines

The dresses I intended for a new location in South Africa will be re-allocated to the Philippines to add numbers to the Philippine distribution. The money raised for postage for Christmas distribution is still a bit tight. A new dresses/funds allocation will be made for South Africa early next year.
